I Hate Comcast!!! I was paying $79.99 a month for basic cable and internet. Then after 6 months they raised my bill $25 without adding any new services. I called to ask them to lower my bill and they told me for $5 more a month I can add a phone line. I don't want a phone line and I called to lower my bill not raise it.
Also, when they came to install my equipment, they came three hours late and that is only because I called and told them I took off from work to wait for them and if they didn't come the day they told me they would then I am canceling my service with them.
Whenever I call and wait 20 minutes for a live person, I can hardly ever understand them because of the heavy Indian accent.
I am going to shop around. I am willing to pay more money for better service.
