Comcast is the WORST!! The Sr. VP of Customer Operations should be ashamed. We have been without service since the storm on June 29th. After 3 phone calls still no one to restore service!! Tech said he came by today at 3:35 to be precise, but no one was home; my husband was there and NO ONE came by (at least they did not get out of their truck and come up to the door!!). I was told that they do not come back out after 4PM, I would need to schedule another appt. My husband is LIVID, he was home at 3:29PM..these people LIE for a living!! If you have means of getting cable/internet/and or phone service from someone else DO IT!!!! - Bryans Road customer

the tech calls your home and if you don't answer they don't come. did they even call? make sure you get your 20.00 credit.
