Compliments to Vinceino

Hello,

 

I just spoke with Vinceino and wanted to give them kudos. Excellent customer service!! My computers battery died while I was filling out the survey, so I never got to finish it. Not sure if I could get the survey back or where to send kudos to their manager. Loved their service and they are an excellent asset to the comcast team! Please let me know where I can send kudos to their manager via email or if I can get to fill out another survey and make sure my battery on my computer is working correctly. Thank You!
