Customer Loyalty department hung up on me!

I was in the middle of hearing how I might save money and the Customer Loyalty representative went silent.  My phone showed that I was still connected, but I sure wasn't hearing anything.  I didn't get a call back...just nothing.

So...I'm trying to be loyal, but stuff like this further convinces me that I should bail and find another TV service, like Direct TV.

Good customer service from Comcast is spotty at best. Good customer service from Direct TV is spotty at best. Good customer service from Verizon is spotty at best. Good customer service from AT&T is spotty at best. Sometimes the devil you know.

Some times a bad headset will give you the same simptoms.

Headsets fail a lot and it is hard for the user to tell if the mice channel  has cut out.

Yes, this happened to me today. Wanted to tell me that my 'promo' from last year was expiring and wanted to save me $7 a month while signing me up for new service. Really? I couldn't get a meal at McD's for that. Said she'd connect me to CS to see about 'downsizing' my options to save money. OOPs I'm disconnected. I now realize what game they're playing. :smileywink:
