Cable is not working and can not get thru the Customer Service 1800-comcast. Pick option 1 - existing customer and you get to line that disconnects you...have now tried this about 12 times....aaaagh!
Cable has been out since this afternoon and I have missed all the football games...this is sooo frustrating!
I know the Comast/Xfinity Website sucks but now I concur with lots of people on this board that Comcast systems just are plain terrible..... I guess I will be looking at ATT or Dish when I move soon.
