I am not receiving the AnyRoomDVR service promised by the sales rep and my bill does not reflect what I was told when I signed up for Xfinity service. I took detailed notes during my call. I was told the following:
24 month deal
In reality, they did not give me the AnyRoomDVR. I spoke with Tech Support and they said it was never on my account. What are my options for getting what I was promised? This is really making me regret signing with Comcast.

so what exactly are you getting if your not getting anyroom dvr? when the tech came to set up your system if you did not anyroom how did you let him let your home without getting an explanation? What did you get?
I don't understand how even though the online person told you one thing once the guy actually comes to your home and sets it up how you let them leave without getting it right?

What exactly did you get

I doubt bait and switch much more likely is the order went into the system wrong and the tech brought the wrong equipment. But when it gets installed don't you ask how does it work? Were there cable boxes installed in 3 different rooms.

The cable boxes were installed in 3 different rooms but I did not test the AnyRoom DVR feature. I believe I mentioned to the tech that this was what I wanted. On my initial phone call with the sales rep, several times, I asked them to confirm I was getting 3 rooms with HD, 1 DVR, and the ability to watch recorded shows on all 3.

Also, they told me the ETF is $75. Does this sound right? I am tempted to cut my losses and go elsewhere.
