Do NOT call

We are being HARASSED by Comcast trying to sell us the bundle.  We have explained numerous times in the past 8 years that we do NOT want a bundle.  We do NOT have a TV, so we do not need or want cable.  All we want is internet service. 

 

Why is that so hard to understand???  Can't you note our account - do not call, does not want cable?

 

We are going to change to some other service if these phone calls do not stop.  Maybe if you lose customers you will get the message.

How can I get on Comcast's internal Do Not Call or Do Not Mail list?

If you no longer wish to receive promotional telephone calls or promotional postal mailings from Comcast, call us at 1-800-Comcast and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list  or Do Not Mail list. It can take up to 30-60 days to process your request. After 30 days, Comcast will not call you with special offers or to tell you about any other new Comcast products that we might launch in the future. Promotional mailings will cease within 45-60 days. If you are a Comcast customer, please be aware that you might get written notifications or phone calls from Comcast regarding the services to which you currently subscribe. These will be informational messages, not sales messages, and help us to keep you informed about your Comcast

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
