We are being HARASSED by Comcast trying to sell us the bundle. We have explained numerous times in the past 8 years that we do NOT want a bundle. We do NOT have a TV, so we do not need or want cable. All we want is internet service.
Why is that so hard to understand??? Can't you note our account - do not call, does not want cable?
We are going to change to some other service if these phone calls do not stop. Maybe if you lose customers you will get the message.

It can take up to 30-60 days to process your request. After 30 days, Comcast will not call you with special offers or to tell you about any other new Comcast products that we might launch in the future. Promotional mailings will cease within 45-60 days. If you are a Comcast customer, please be aware that you might get written notifications or phone calls from Comcast regarding the services to which you currently subscribe. These will be informational messages, not sales messages, and help us to keep you informed about your Comcast
