Why would I when the person above called 3 times to no avail! She already wasted her time, I'm not going to waste mine without a guarantee of the entire process step by step of what to do.

I think I may have figured out the issue with my account, so I thought I'd post back in case this is helpful to anyone else still dealing with this.
While I do not have voice service (and thus shouldn't have a PIN number), the modem that was hooked up at the time my service was connected is apparently a VoIP capable modem (?) and has voice service associated with the modem itself although it is not activated. In the computer, however, this gets translated as having voice service associated with my account and is why it continues to ask me for a PIN number.
I was told the solution is to swap out my modem and be reissued one without VoIP. I'm not able to confirm if this actually fixes the problem until I return my modem tomorrow. Hopefully this helps out someone else too!

I also was asked to replace my pin and I did and the new pin worked. We had our telephones added to Comcast a week or so ago and ever since I have had nothing but problems with everything including my email and pin. I have typed lists of changes and looks like I have to do it every day or even twice a day. This is very discusting and really works on your nerves.
I wish we could get some help to change all these problems with pins and passwords.
