Xfinity, or Comcast, or whatever name you are going by this week, you need to pull your advertising due to the fact it is, at best, misleading and at worst blatantly false. Granted, you may have the superior product in the industry but you are far from being as dependable as your ads seem to imply. I get daily resets of the TV Guide, shaky playback in ONDEMAND and many other annoying glitches that have convinced you aren't a wonderful as you claim.
Furthermore, what's with the offshore support techs during regular business hours? Can't find qualified Americans to work for a company as lame as yours?
