Xfinity, or Comcast, or whatever name you are going by this week, you need to pull your advertising due to the fact it is, at best, misleading and at worst blatantly false. Granted, you may have the superior product in the industry but you are far from being as dependable as your ads seem to imply. I get daily resets of the TV Guide, shaky playback in ONDEMAND and many other annoying glitches that have convinced you aren't a wonderful as you claim.
Furthermore, what's with the offshore support techs during regular business hours? Can't find qualified Americans to work for a company as lame as yours?

Right after the all-star game Comcast ran a promotion for one week pomoting a half off of MLB extra inning with MLBTV.
I order the package and then contact MLBTV to acctivate my MLB.TV subscription. I was told by their customer support that
Comcast did not have anything setup to offer MLBTV. Comcast falsly advertized this product.
