I had to take a one hour bus ride this morning to swap 2 digital adapters for 2 other boxes so I could watch all the channels on the Econmy tier. I get the 2 new boxes and take the one hour bus ride back home. One box works but the other box is dead. I called and they weren't able to get the dead box going. I was told that I now have to wait close to 1 week for someone to come out! That's crazy. I'm so fed up with this garbage.. When I downgraded last week to Digital Economy I was never told that in order to get all the channels that I had to get new boxes. In the past Comcast would have someone out to my house the same day!
