I'm wondering if there is any way to figure out the name of the technician that set up my comcast service a year ago. He was an independent contractor for comcast and I threw away his card. He was awesome and showed up the next day and set all my stuff up in like 20 minutes. Is there any documentation of this anywhere that I can find?
