So Frustrated. I have been without telephone service for one week. I use this phone as VITAL PART OF MY PROFESSION. Without it, I lose money by the minute. I have called COMCAST CUSTOMER SERVICE at least 7 or 8 times within the last week. The CS agent on call #1 said that "the phone service was being fixed and would be operational within the next few hours". I was going on vacation so I thought it would be fixed when I returned. NOT. Each time I call COMCAST I get put on hold and NO ONE RETURNS TO THE PHONE. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 5 OR 6 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST DAY OR SO. Now, my problem has been put on a "ticket" that has to work its way TO THE TOP before it gets fixed. I am seriously going to complain to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEND A LETTER TO THE LOCAL PAPER ASKING IF OTHERS HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND TO WARN OTHERS. I am also going to switch carriers TODAY. Just had to get it off my chest. Thanks.
