I am interested in lowering my monthly payments but still want to keep my bundle service (Triple Play). In thinking about it, I would like to reduce my TV package, still need the sports package though. What do I need to do to make this happen? I call and I am on hold forever...

I'm afraid there's not much we can do to help you as this is primarily and customer-to-customer help forum. Even more important is the fact that specific channel lineups often differ by franchise so you are going to have to contact your local office. If you click on Customers, above, you should see a link for Service Center Locations. You can also try going to Comcast.com to see what is available in your area. Basically, there is no other way but to do this directly with Comcast, either by phone or in person.
