It feels like Media One again. My service stopped responding yesterday, and after 4 calls I finally talked to someone. The first three were diconnected by Comcast. This is not the first time this has happened, and there is no formal complaint process. The contact us page "does not exist"
I asked where to file a complaint in person and was told that I can not. (last time I had an issue)
I am researching alternatives, I pay way too much money to be treated like I owe you for using your product.
Verizon is expensive, BUT their service works, and I get good customer service (I dont mean I always win, but they treat me like a customer) I believe in a fair product at a fair price, I do not think that is what I am getting any more. There are better options.
