How do we fix crappy service? I know lets hire some consultants to come up with another survery to find out just how crappy our service is!!! pathetic
how bad is your customer service if the Wiki mentions it in your company profile
train your call center employees, reinstalling my Internet Explorer on my laptop is not going to make the Internet connection magically start working on my wifes laptop, my office computer, and my sons computer, it's not the browser that's the problem
teach them what a PING is what NSLOOKUP is, and what TRACERT due make them read what TCP/IP stands for and what it actually does and how it works, it's their bread and butter, maybe sprinkle little DHCP in there

So we had Comcast come out to set us up with Cable TV and Internet. There are three houses on our court, however there were only two wires in the green box on my lawn (the underground conduit to my house was empty), both ran to the other two homes. So this Comcast tech ran a wire from the outside of the Comcast box to the WinFirst green box on the side of it, and did not close both lids all the way down because he couldn't, and that's how he connected my service, because the WinFirst box had three wires in it one to each house.

Anytime I call Comcast for either Internet or Cable TV help they want to send a tech out to my house... the tech arrives and fixes the problem from his van outside of my house before even coming in, he tells me each time that it was an account issue, next month I get billed for the service call this is a bunch of bull, don't let them do that to you, it has happened twice already and tomorrow at 2:00pm (ahem till 4:00pm) we are scheduled for yet another $ervice call, the problem is constantly dropped Internet connections and the On Deman goes out every single day

Comcast Forum Moderators why did you move this post under the "If they spent 1/10th of the money on training that they do on SURVEYS..." post yesterday it was a separate post like I intended it to be and today you hid this one under the other one, shame on you - you bet I will repost it as a new Post and I pray this time it will stand on its own as a separate thread

rog I have been with COMCAST for 20 years last 15 with Internet, I think I know how to contact them and yes I have done it, in the stores, over the phone, with the chat, house calls you name it, you are missing the point I am telling others that they are not alone, Comcast screws everybody's orders up and is terrible at customer support, after 20 years I just learned nothing can be done about it, it's just a bad company, so like many other on here I am just venting my frustration, try moving sometime and then maybe your opinion of them will change or maybe you work for them I don't know
