Is everyone in the Customer Care department dead?

After waiting on hold 20 minutes for the Billing department to answer, I was transferred to "Customer Care" and waited over 25 minutes. After 25 minutes they pick up and apparently transferred me to the wrong office. After 11 years as a Comcast customer THIS IS THE "SERVICE" I GET!!! Then they once again transfer me to another phone tree instead of a live person.

Your company has completely lost any customer serice it ever had.

This is mainly a user to user forum.  You should try calling back during normal business hours when the smarter people work

Yes, they are! and dumb as the day is long! (I have been on the phone with them every day for hours since last Thursday!). Every time they find the problem they accidentally disconnect me and I have to start over.
