I have been trying to talk to someone about a line down at my rental property. Every time I call, I get the survey line and I press #2 and no one comes on the line.
What type of service is that? I am upset because I tried 4 times and got the same thing.
Please let me know what is the correct way to make contact with a person to get to my problem.
There is a tree limb down on the line and I need to know what the procesure is in getting it removed without someone getting hurt.
Please rely.

so you call 1800comcast or 1800xfintiy and you get only a survey line? That is really your best place to call for an urgent matter. If there is a tree limb down on the line are you saying you think comcast is responsible for removing it? Is the line down off the pole and a tree limb is just sitting on it? If that is the case comcast can come reattach the line, there is very little power that flows through the line so no one is going to get injured touching it. If you can't get through on the phone, have you tried chat here is an email also for you. Calling is the fastest way. I just tried calling got a rep in two mintues. Press the prompts for upgrade service.
Though it’s not clear this is primarily a customer to customer forum

That would depend on the exact section of line that is down. If it is just a drop then that is true. If it is a section of main / trunk line there can be 90 V.A.C. on it which supplies the actives.
