There is a $44.99 for WWE Summerslam PPV item which we did not order.
It was ordered when we were all asleep and according to Diana it was watched. I asker (and she was like a broken record) "I am sorry but my system says that you watched it"
Eventually I indicated to her that if she can see that I watched this WWE nonsense, surely she can see my other PPV patterns, if I ever ordered anything other than movies. She acknowledged that I have never ordered any such thing as WWE.
I said:
1) Clearly I don't watch WWE, farless for PPV WWE (or any other sports)
2) I am saying no one was awake at that time
3) There is a problem with the software on the box and I reported that last month
4) I have paid for hundreds of $$ in PPV before why would I dispute this one
She said:
"I am sorry but my system says that you watched it"
Me:
Can I escalate this? What are my choices?
She said:
"I am sorry but my system says that you watched it, so I cannot give you credit for it"
NO matter what I asked she said:
"I am sorry but my system says that you watched it"
You know what I am sorry but if I can't resolve this quickly (meaning drop this WWE PPV). MY systems are saying that I will be discontinuing all of my services with Comcast.

What does this mean? Other than an email was sent out? What action items should I expect and in what time period?

Thank you very much kind sirs. What is proposed that I do with this bill in the mean time? Because if I pay it, that is acknowledgement that I DID order said PPV.

As a follow up this was solved 100% in a 2 minute phone call from Comcasts' Executive Offices. This could have only have been achieved through this forum and the admins.
