We switched ove ro Xfinity/Comcast in September and part of the package was a $250 Visa Gift card which we have never received. I checked on it in December and was told that three months have to pass before it is sent out. Well now it is almost five months and no card

The email address you provide for the help team does not work. All you people do is give people the run around.

The email address most certainly does work. Are you using the _ (underline) needed for the email address?

It is an EMAIL address to send an email, it is NOT a website.
If you don't have Outlook configured, send the email via XfinityConnect (Comcast email)
