I just recently moved from one apartment to another in the same complex and it took me at least three calls to get this straightened out. After this was done, no one at Comcast told me that my rates would go up and my special would no longer be valid. When I originally got Comcast from Fios,they of course promised it all and I stated that I would be moving. I also asked if there would be charges or rate increases and of course they said Oh No. I got rid of Fios because every month my payment was different,now here I am again with Comcast with same things. I got charged for install and my rates increased a lot. I am on disability and I changed due to a lower rate. You can't believe any of these companies.
