Apparently I am not discussion board savvy and did not realize at the time that I was posting a comment on a mobile app discussion. Whoops! Apologies! I still wish that there were options for loyal customers in order to improve service, but best of luck to you mobile app customers! Sorry for ranting on your forum!

You can always click the shop tab top of this page for current offers, or call comcast to see if they can put you into a promo, or you can call and tell them you got an offer from xyz and you want to see if they can match it. You have options, but you have to work for it.
