I am quite upset about the customer service I have received over the past few days. First of all it started w/my billing, which (I think) has been corrected, then one of my cable boxes went out. A tech came out the today to fix it, which in turn he had to replace it. He replaced it with the incorrect box. I called comcast from my work after the gentleman had left. The rep. told me he would be back out today due to incompletion. I sat at home for two and 1/2 hrs waiting. Not one showed up. I call comcast back, and after an over 1hr wait, the rep. proceeded to tell me no one would be back here til Monday. This is poor customer service due to a service mans error. Very dissatisfied!
