Called to participate in the "Premium Entertainment Reards" that YOU solicited me for. My COMCAST internet and phone went dead in the middle of the FCC verification. (how ironic) Now, 4 calls later and a collective hold time of 1 hour to talk to customer "service" I'm just done and will likely just drop your service altogether. What a cluster of a "customer DISservice" you have.

word of advice, never call at 9pm to do anything like that. Is that a great answer? No. Is it the truth, yes.

A gift from God. The trade off is that you are locked in to a 2 year "contract" where Comcast can raise your rates all it wants and you can't leave. Hopefully you never got through. Some reward.
