I am new to Comcast service (June 26, 2012). It is  the worst company I have ever has the displeasure of doing business with.  Lets get started.

 

1. Between my internet service (earthlink) and home phone service(At&t) I was paying $4.00 less the triple play with comcast so I went for it.

 

2. 1st the installer had to install a cable from my yard to my neighbor's yard instead of using the one that were already there. You see I had cable with comcast some 15 years ago and, one day there were problems with the service  and a comcast rep told me if I didn't like the service diconnect. I told her that was the best advise/thing she had said during the whole call so disconnect the cable.

 

3.  So now I am giving Comcast another try and Have had nothing but trouble and a rising bill to go with it. The Reps and Tech is some of the most lying  and rude people in customer service. They don't inform you as the customer of all charges so after you request  a service  and if the service get done you then hit with charges for work that was not done.

 

4. The first Tech came to install an outlet,when he got here I was told he have to change the order to a trouble call. When I ask comcast about the charge for trouble call she said that's the price for education, the told me my Tv was not working. First of all the Tech was not here to find out why my cabe was not working I knew my TV was not working. It has been going out for the pass 9 months. that TV is in my bedroom and do not have a cable box for it either. The cable is working on the only TV that cable is connected to. Hint why I need a outlet in the bedroom. I want to talk to Corp office and I will. I will also report to BBB and any other site that post about comcast. The Rep suppose to call me today about all thos bogus charges. (Wednesday-8/6/12).
