I had Comcast/Xfinity take the security system out of my home after 10 days!!They cannot figure out how to fix the problem with my internet disconnecting every 2 - 3 minutes since they installed the security system. I was so frustrated that I sent an email to the VP of Customer Service and told him that I wanted the system taken out, and NOT BILLED FOR EARLY TERMINATION of the contract. They agreed. I also informed them that once they get the 'bugs' worked out of this security system I would definity consider it! I understand there was not much testing completed on the system before they made it available to the consumer AND they failed to properly train the 'tech-support'.
