I can not get through to a rep in order to explain my problem. I have called 2 numbers, 800.266.2278 and 800.934.6489 and the automated system always says " that is not a valid selection." No matter which selection I choose I get the same message! How are we supposed to get a problem resolved when we can't get our problem heard? How is Comcast still in business while continually providing such terrible customer service?
I am being charged for digital cable and I don't nor have I ever had cable with comcast.
I also have signed up for auto pay 2 different times over the past 18 months and both times they failed to take the money from my account and I would get late fees and eventually cancellation notices.
Why do I stay with Comcast... I have no idea!
