Comcast no good. I gone a change that for I am calling several time to comcast but they disconnect my service all time They are take a call after transfer to next guy they transfer another it repeat for 6 guy then after they disconnect my call. They lost my 1 hour but I can't fix my problem they looking for only how to paying higher amount bill not provide better service. It's really cheating..............

1) Turn off your computer;
2) Install the modem;
3) Turn on computer and open web browser.
You should now be at the Comcast activation page. Just follow the directions and you should be on-line in no time (assuming your signal levels are good enough). If that fails you'll have to call 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489).
