I have an unburied, unsightly orange cable running across the front of my house ( in the street) from the box on one side to the box on the other. It's been there for weeks now. I realize that taking it around the back of the house where it's easier to bury would have used lots more cable but this is unacceptable to me and to my neighbors.
Getting through your phone system is a time consuming nightmare. My arthritis is too bad to be on hold that long!
FIX IT!

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
