Can someone from Comcast please tell me why a customer like myself who pays their bill in full every month and is never late on a payment has to wait 3 days to get a tech to come and fix their digital voice service and internet? That is just stupid. Our service area had an outage on Sunday and was fixed in about 6 hours then again on Tuesday we had another outage. They got it fixed now the only thing working is my cable service. My Ubee EMTA modem isn't even going online! This is horrible customer service and loyalty! I have just about had it with you Comcast!

have you tried taking out the battery from the modem and then pressing the reset button on the back?
Also three days is pretty good usually its more.

Yes I tried that and it didn't work. The tech came out and verified that the EMTA modem was fried and replaced it with a different brand EMTA.
