I was just treated like a 3rd world person!! It was not chris but if you look who was taking my info online he rudly disconnected on me!! I have been a customer with comcast for YEARS and I am ready to cancel my service!!!! All I wanted was to upgrade my internet and he got REALLY rude and disconected with me! I still can't get faster internet online or phone because I work in the hours to schedule a tech to come and check if I can get faster internet! I am really on the verge of canceling my triple play and take my bussiness elswhere! Signed FED UP!

why do you need a tech to come see if you can get faster internet? you call, upgrade your speed, if your current modem cannot handle that speed they send you a new one in the mail. you don't need a tech visit for this.

I would think that if Comcast has a 1st. Class customer service. The employ would tell you what opinions that Comcast can provide to you. Customers sometimes like to ask questions. Is that part of customer service? You might try 1-800-comcast,or stop by your local Comcast office.
