Today, finally a technician who was competent - however, it took a month. Reps on the phone are totally clueless, reps in service centers, not any better, technicians - depends on their mood - I had service on Saturday - tech was lazy, lied and refused to do what he was sent out to do - and all of that took an hour. I've had sporadic internet for over a month and none at all for the last few days - Modem was dead, dead, dead. I knew it, folks on the phone knew it - Saturday's tech not so much. Comcast has horrific customer service.

I would like to apologize for the lack of customer service that you received. Your local area has been made aware of his matter. We will use this issue as a learning tool so our reps are better equip to handle situations such as this.
