Triple Play

Why is it that if you have two (TV-Internet) and want to add the voice and have the triple play option that they (Comcast) will not cut you a deal? They told me I would have to pay 145$ a month - This would not be so bad if they did offer new customers a lot better rate.. May be time to switch.

Yes, I had the same experience. I already have Verizon digital phone service, and am looking into the FIOS package, which is available in my neighborhood. My neighbor actually does FIOS installations, so I'm sure he'd be happy to show me what he's got installed in his house.

 

Whenever I talk to a Comcast rep, I feel like I'm talking to a used-car salesman. "Oh, let me talk to my manager and see what we can do for you." Give me a break...
