I wish someone would explain why comcast reps are not held accountable for there actions. When ever i call and ask for an I.D number they tell me there is none yet all other companys give theres. It's no wonder there service is so bad, when they want to they just hang up then you must go through another 30 minute hold time just to hear them say "i am sorry for the incinvenience" . Let me explain what is inconvenient , it's having a service for over 2 years that has never worked properly, and after countless calls they finally send someone out and am told that the install was never done properly yet i recieve a bill for 35 dollars for them to correct there own problem.Cant wait for another company to hit my area.
