so monday my cable goes out, I call comcast and they say that nobody else in my area is reporting an outage so it will be wednsday before they can come out. They also say the can save my 50 buck a month if I add phone service. I ask if I will have all the same channels and read off my favoriots to them. they say they are all included but its 70 bucks for phone install. Fine, I take wed morning off and wait. tech shows up, great proffessionel guy. turn out sombody from comcast disconected wrong person from lock box.
So start flipping thru channels and all the ones I enjoy are gone. I call and they say its 17 bucks more a month to add what was promised. So in short comcast disconects me by mistake, promises same service for less and fails to deliver, cost me a days vaction time and charges me 70 bucks to top it off.
