comcast failed to notify us when our phone was switched over from vonage. this caused our phone to not work on the day of the switch over, and because of this we did not received several important calls on that day. when our dvr/hd box was installed for the tv, it was a used refurbished box that was installed. within days of the installation the box was causing tiling on the hd side of the tv. comcast came out and installed another used box to fix this problem. I expected new equipment to be installed when we subscribed to comcast and I expected my phone to work properly, none of this happened. I am quite unhappy with comcast.
