i log into my account and notice it says ppv usage of $38.71 when i never ordered a movie or whatever it is how can i find out what movie or thing is that they purchased on my bill would i have to call ?

For billing issues calling in is the best first step.
If that doesn't resolve the issue send a email to this address
If you have to email then include your account number, service address, name on the account, a good contact number and a link to this thread. They will get someone involved that can investigate and get back to you.
