rebate status

Back in March when we signed new 2 yr agreement, comcast was running promotion for $100 gift card, however it now has been 9 months , and every time I call and speak to someone..it is in process??? Is it possible to ever receive this?

One thing you can do to speed things up: send him an email. Include your account number, the name on the account, your best phone contact number, and the service address. Include a link and a copy of your post. Send the mail to

I also signed up for 2 years of service (December 2010) and accepted the $100 gift card offer. I keep getting sales flyers to upgrade my service, but no $100 gift card. Quit selling to me if you can't come through on your end. You lock me in a two year contract, can't define the cancellation penalty when I ask, make me go through a recorded acceptance legal spiel, and then breach the contract on your end. Your tech also came in my brand new house (two weeks old, new construction) without wearing the boot protectors on his feet like you show in the commercial.

I am goin through the same thing...I can't even find a way to check for my rebate...This is uncalled for...How bout if i didn't pay my bill n they weren't able 2 get in contact with me...They would SHUT MY CABLE OFF!!!!  Comcast needs 2 get their rebate department in order so those of us that PAY OUR bill EVERY MONTH GET THE REBATE WE WERE PROMISED!!!!

I know this is an old post, but I am running into the same issues. I signed up months ago and was promised a $150 gift card. I still have not received it and I keep getting the run around when I call. The last time I was told to wait 20 days and call back. It is getting ridiculous.

My services were installed in 5/4/12 and I Know I qualified for the $100 visa gift card but still not received it. This is ridiculous! when I had Charter I recieved my rebate promptly if I had a choice I would have stayed with Charter Comcast is a sorry excuse for a business!!!!

I got cheated on this deal, as well, when I moved 6 months ago. I was offered the Visa, via Chat with the "Moving?" service, then of course it "wasn't available" to me after the fact. Then they made me feel they were doing me a favor by changing it to a credit on my bill, but it was an inflated bill full of charges that weren't supposed to be there in the first place. Gee, thanks.
