Bill increased 40% with no changes to service!

Dear Comcast, I just received my bill for July, and the price had increase 40% with no changes to service. I called customer service to ask why, and they said this was part of the 1 year promotion I signed up for. I can assure you I would not have agreed to a promotion where the price increases 40% after 6 months. I was told I could reduce my services. This is not acceptable. I suggest you find a solution to make my bill the same as it was in June while retaining the same services. Hopefully you will answer my forum posting this time. Last time I posted in here, my online account was deactivated and my issue was never resolved. Thanks, Account #  REMOVED
