I get this message when I try to log into my email account using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 8 browser:
Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet
I do have Comcast Internet, albeit Business Class.
What gives?

That message indicates that there's a problem with your account. You'll have to call 1-800-COMCAST and have them fix it.
