You will have to set up the new account in Windows Mail before it will download mail from the new Comcast account.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

If you want to download secondary account mail to the primary account inbox you will need to set the secondary account to forward all mail to the primary.
Create the secondary account in Customer Central.
After you create the account you can set up forwarding from the Customer Central page.
Click the drop down arrow in the box next to choose user account.
Select the new account.
Next click Edit for Email forwarding. Enter the address to forward the mail to, click Save.

Thanks.. Is that the only way of doing it? I didn`t want forwards.. just an additional e mail address downloaded to windows mail along with my original email address. I guess I was thinking they both would automatically download to a windows mail folder. I was reading windows mail help and and I thought it said I could this( add multiple email accounts) Thanks for your help..

No, you don't need to do the forwarding. When you set up an additional account in Windows Mail the default is to include checking that account when you check email.
