I was advised in 2011 that my address book problem was a known issue with Plaxo and that it would be fixed in the first quarter 2012. I have called and spoken to support on several occasions without any real change or success in resolving this issue. I really believe that I am owed some type of finiancial credit to my account for the failure of Comcast to resolve this issue in a timely manner. It has impeded and impaired my ability to use the web-based email service; I often have to go into my address book, copy and paste the address in a new email. Sending an email to multiple addresses is cumbersome, if not impossibe.
I believe that this is a disgrace and failure of technical support and their priority in resolving this issue. I was told in 2011 that other were suffering from the same technical glitch.
I beg you to please make the choice to fix this NOW!

Hi mdecipher - Sorry that the TO field is not populating your address book properly. It seems like the databases are out of sync and hence it is not populating the addresses. It would require a slow sync to be performed on your account. Can you please get in touch with us at - helpme at plaxo dot com with the subject line - Need slow sync to be performed (address book issue)? We will go ahead and force a slow sync, which should fix the issue.

I have almost the same problem with my email. I have noticed it for quite some time and since it is an intermittent problem, I have never done anything about it, but tonight I was frustrated to the point of researching for help!
My problem is that whenever I add a new address in my address book, and then try to send an email, the addresses I just added won't show up in the "To" section. When I go to check the address book, they are there. If I wait a few hours or days, the new addresses will then show up! I also always have an "error" message at the bottom of the pop up window whenever I try to send new emails or forwards. Sometimes the email will send, sometimes it won't.
Also, I set up groups for my address program and it used to work - but now I can't add any new addresses to any of those groups.
All of this makes it very frustrating when you need to send business emails. Please help.

I doubt Comcast want anything to do with these issues anymore. They weren't able to help me and never gave me the contact info for plaxo until 5-6 months after my problem(s) began. I appears these type of problems are out of the control of the end-user. I scoured my settings and preferences for a cure to no avail.
