Last 2-3 days. Various computers and browsers and yes I've cleared the entire cache! Left pane is just empty with a little "Loading...." at the bottom.

If you currently are using the full version of XfinityConnect, try switching to the Lite version. To do, go to Preferences>General and tick the box for Lite. Let us know if that helps you view your Folders.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

In a fresh boot with the very latest version of Firefox it loaded. I'll try Lite tomorrow and report but for now I need to do some folder maintenance before they disappear! Thanks.

Problem again this morning (after Ccast signed me out) and moving to Lite made no change, even though I cleared all cache and re-loaded. I'll move back to full and start seriously considering how I can get all my stuff moved to another provider. Tough after so many Comcast years but 'there comes a time'.....

Same exact problem here. Reverting to 'light' fixes the problem, but I don't want light version, I want the full version. I am using: Firefox 14.0.1, but the same issue in IE (I only have version 7 of that though, as I don't use it).
Clearing the cache completely fixes the problem for the first login, but the left pane is blank upon subsequent logins.
Any permanent fixes yet? Something is funky with the smartzone code...

We haven't heard of a fix yet. Comcast is aware of all the problems in XfinityConnect tho. Did you try switching back to the full version again? If you did, did the folders disappear again?
