I've had my account for a long time and recently wanted to retrieve some emails from this name, but whenever i try to open my email i get this mesage:
Access requires comcast highspeed internet
need it? subscribe now
Have it? use your comcast ID and password to sign in now
Forgot your comcast.net signin info? get it now
i still have my login and i can get to the front page, but i cant get my email. help?

If you're getting the "Access requires Highspeed Internet" message, you need to call customer service and report it -- there's something wrong with your account setup.
If "can't access my e-mail" means something else, please post details of the problem.

Basically I just can't view my email. I can log in and everything else, but if I click on the link to view my email it asks me to log in again. Then it takes me back to my main page where I was before.

How long has it been since you accessed this particular Username/password? Is this your Primary Username and password?
Whihc version of XfinityConnect are you using, the full or the lite version? Which browser/version? Have you cleard your browser cache? Reset your borwser to default settings?

It's been a really long time since I accessed this email i have over 1000 emails in there but a lot of stuff i had is saved in there and i wanted to access it. it isn't the primary username or password. i'm justing the lite version. i use Google Chrome. I did clear my settings and returned then setting to default.

First, I would try another browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
Then try this:
Sign in with the Primary Username and password
Click on My Account to get to Customer Central
Once there, click on Users & Settings
You will see 'Manage my User Accounts'
look at the drop down - and click on it to show all Usewrnames currently associated with your Acxcount
Do you see that particular Username in the drop down or not? Is it a restricted or unrestricted account?
Post back all results please.

I'm also having the same problem. I can't get on at comcast.net or on outlook and iphone.

Please provide more details. What happens exactly when you sign in to Xfinity and click on the Email tab. Are you getting a spinning icon? Are you able to access the Preferences? If yes, click on Preferences and let us know which version of XfinityConnect you are using please. (Full or the Lite version)
What version of Outlook are you using and how did you set it up? What settings are you using?
Same with iPhone.
