I can't log into my email. The home page shows that I am logged in and I have messages but when I click "Mail", I get the following message:
Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet

This is usually caused by a coding error on your account. Please call 1-800-Comcast, tell them about the error message, and ask them to correct the problem.
