Can't get voice msgs in text to my phone

I tried the preferences, notification link to get voice messages via text to my iphone and I'm getting a network server hs occurred, when I click ok it goes away and then I get to the option to select readable voice mail and its greyed out (not an option I can choose)

 

Please advise

Hello,

1. You mention that you are getting a network server hs occured error. Can you be more specific what is a hs?

2. Has it ever been workinng and if so what changes if any have you made?

3. Do you meet all the requirements for this feature to work?
