Can't log in to Xfinity Connect with new iPod Touch iOS 5

I just purchased a new iPod Touch and am receiving the following message whenever I try to log in to Xfinity Connect with my email account and password:  Failed to set up data store.  Please try logging in again.  My only option at this point is to attempt to log in again and I encounter the same message.  What must I do to get past this annoying message?

I figured it out.  I deleted the app and reinstalled it.  All works well now.  Sorry to bother you.
