I was not able to make a new email ID today. There wasn't a place for me to click on. I came across the following statement that was posted earlier. Could this be the same problem for me?

There was an issue recently that caused some users to not be correctly linked with their new modems in one of our back end databases. Most of those users were fixed but it looks like some might have still slipped through. I passed your info along to that group and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Make sure that you are the primary account holder. Only the primary account holder can create secondary accounts. [Did you try clicking on the My Account link at the upper right of this page?]
