Can't sign in or access email page

I'm using Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9. I first signed in at Comcast Customer Central. From Comcast Customer Central I clicked the Email button. This was the URL that button sent me to: https://login.comcast.net/login?ts=247fff7a&s=wnamp Then it showed 2 or 3 different URLs'' and I ended up at: http://xfinity.comcast.net/ At the top of the screen it showed the Register | Sign In options. It appears that I was no longer signed in. I clicked on Sign In and it went back to the same screen I had just left. Now I can't access Email because when I click on the Email button it shows this URL: http://wnamp.mail.comcast.net/istp/LandingPage/ Then it changes to: http://xfinity.comcast.net/ I'm back to where I started at when I clicked the Email button. Why is the website re-directing me back to the same page? Is there some code or script running that causes this to happen? Also, this doesn't happen when I use Firefox.

Re: Can't sign in or access email page

Here is a bit more specific information on what takes place when I click on the Email button.

It shows this: 'about:Blank' and the screen goes blank,

then this url pops up: http://wnamp.mail.comcast.net/istp/LandingPage/

Then it displays: https://login.comcast.net/login?s=portal

Then it changes to: http://xfinity.comcast.net/

after that I'm back at where I started from when I clicked the Email button.

I have spoken to a Comcast technician and they didn't know what was going on.

They suggested I use FireFox instead of IE9. Firefox does work ok, no bouncing to other pages

it just goes to the Email page, for now..
