I keep getting pop-up's that state "Object error", very annoying. I believe the source of this problem is the Babylon software on my PC. I have already uninstalled Google Chrome, which I read could be the source of the problem, this did not solve the problem.
Interestingly, when I seach for this toolbar in my programs file, I canot loacte it it, either manually or using a search.....How can I uninstall Babylon, my OS is windows 7
Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated !![]()

The program does not appear in my programs list.....even if I search for it, it is not there...

Which browser/ version are using?
Do you have the Babylon program installed, or is it the Babylon toolbar?
Also:
** Note: For an alternate removal method – Go to "run" or "select programs and files" in the Start Menu and copy and paste the following: C:\Program Files\Babylon\Babylon-Pro\Utils\uninstbb.exe

I tried to copy and paste the link into "run", not found in results. I think iit must be the Babylon search bar.
I checked in my Tools menu and was able to find the "seach babylon" under Search providers in my add-ons,
however when I attempt to delete, that link is greyed out. Thanks so far for your help!

Okay, after one of my last posts, when I saw that Babylon was listed as one of my search providers in my tools menu, I said to myself, "Oh, No you don't", then searched for "homepage", and sure enough, babylon was set as my homepage. I changed it back to my prefered Google. Hopefully this fixes the problem. I will accept your last answer as the correct answer as this is what I did, and we'll hopefully see if this works. I was still not able to locate or disbale Baylon, what a pain!
Thanks again for your good advice

As you may have reaqd in the links I sewnt to you, babylon puts alot of things on your PC, changes your default browser, etc. Stay away from it!
If the problem comes back, post back please!

I will stay far away from Babylon, I hope it doesn't reappear! I have my Google back
which would make my son very happy, since he works there (in CA). Peace!
