I cannot receive e-mail to one of my other comcast e-mail accounts (karenvierra@comcast.net). I've checked connections, settings, etc. The settings for this account is exactly the same as my other account, and I can receive messages there. Can someone help me with this?

Are you using an email client program like Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird, or just Xfinity/Comcast webmail?

I'm using Xfinity mail, and my comcast accounts are also being sent over to Outlook (leaving a copy on the comcast server).

I may have found the problem. For some reason it was blocked! I've unblocked it.

I had my email going to scott1816@comcast.net now it is or should go to scott804@comcast.net butI don't recieve them? Why?

It was blocked where? By your Outlook or by Comcast?

Thanks. It was an Outook problem; i fixed it by exiting program and reloading.

First of all, I assume you are trying to send with your Comcast email address------yes? If so, then try sending to those addresses with another email account like Hotmail or Yahoo (you should always have at least one alternate email account), and see if it goes through. If it does, then maybe your recipient's ISP is blocking your Comcast account for some reason.

What sort of help do you need? You need to provide details of the problem you are having in order for us to try to help you.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
